MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
We offer several maintenance programs to suit the needs of your facility. Whether your property needs a complete premium maintenance program or a regularly scheduled wellness check, we will create a customized program to fit your property’s needs. For most of our premium maintenance contracts, our technicians will clean the pool using our portable filtration system. Utilizing our own equipment minimizes the amount of debris that your equipment will need to filter out. This creates less of a burden on your pool system which translates into saving for your property. The facility will need fewer filter cleanings, have less water waste, reduce chemical usage, and will create less overall wear and tear on the entire system.

CERTIFIED POOL OPERATOR CERTIFICATIONS
Is your property compliant with the codes of your local health department? The Cook County Department of Public Health code states, “all swimming facilities operated within suburban Cook County shall be managed by an individual who has a current certification of successful completion of a training program in swimming facility management issued by the State of Illinois or by another organization offering an equivalent training program approved by the State Health Department. Proof of such certification shall be provided to the Cook County Health Department Inspectors as part of their annual inspection for the State Health Department license.” If your property is not compliant within these terms, we can help. With our Premium Maintenance Program, your property can opt to contract Diamond Pool & Spa, Inc. as the property’s CPO.

Diamond Pool is one of the listed “Pre-Qualified Contractors” by the Illinois Department of Public Health. Only contractors on this list are authorized to work in a commercial aquatic environment. Our service technicians are equipped to handle the unique needs of a public facility in order to maintain a safe and healthy environment. HEALTH DEPARTMENT INSPECTION CODE VIOLATIONS
When it comes to correcting and preventing inspection violations, our staff is well versed in the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) code and can address any issues that may come up during your inspection. Forward our office a copy of your inspection report and we will work with you to get your property up to code. We also offer a service that provides a thorough pre-inspection evaluation to ensure you have a successful inspection and stay ahead of the game.

Equipment Replacement/Upgrade.

LEAK LOCATION AND REPAIR
Water loss in your pool can quickly become a major problem. Not only does it waste water and chemicals, but it can also cause erosion which may cause additional property damage. We offer a full range of leak detection services, including pressure testing, sonic detection, and SCUBA diving. Once we have determined the location of your leak, a qualified pool technician will perform the plumbing or structural repairs necessary to repair your pool.

POOL COVERS
When it is time to winterize your facility’s pool, we recommend utilizing a safety cover. We offer custom fit LOOP LOC Mesh and ULTRA-LOC II Solid Safety Covers. Our knowledgeable staff can discuss the advantages of each type of cover and work with you to determine which style would be best for your property. When measured and installed properly, a safety cover provides a layer of protection for your dormant pool and peace of mind for you.
